Kara received her certification from Academy of Reflexology and Health Therapy International located in Indianapolis, Indiana and NMT Midwest in Champaign, Illinois. She is also certified in CPR and has studied anatomy, physiology, biology, microbiology and chemistry at IUPUI Indianapolis.
Experience includes: home spa parties, therapeutic center and salon/spa. She is skilled in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, Hot Stone, Pre Natal, Sports, Chair massage, TMJ massage/relief, Reflexology of the feet and many Spa Treatments.
